Buying a Bicycle on Sale - The Nine Days

Question

Is it permissible to buy a bicycle during the Nine Days to save 50-100 shekels on a sale?

Answer

Shalom u'vracha 

If this is a significant amount for you, it is permitted. 

If it is not significant - you should refrain.
