Washing Children's Clothes During the Nine Days

Question

Children's clothes that are not needed for use right now, but in everyday life, it's hard to deal with the tough stains on them. Can they be washed now?

Answer

Hello Rabbi

It is not permitted to wash children's clothes during the Nine Days, except for the purpose of wearing them during these days.
