Is it permitted for an Ashkenazi to give a Sephardic woman clothing to iron before the week in which Tisha B’Av falls, if he intends to use the ironed clothing only after Tisha B’Av?

Answer

Greetings and blessings 

It is forbidden, since even to a non-Jew (lehavdil) it is forbidden to give clothing to be laundered from Rosh Chodesh Av onward.
