Data Recovery During Intermediate Days
Question
Can a person working in a computer store of a hardware lab (technical repairs including data recovery and hacker breaches) work during the intermediate days of a festival? Is it considered ‘irrecoverable loss’ when there are specific customers who feel that their world is collapsing around them because they lost data or their computer doesn't work and they have a great need for it?

The permission is only if it is an ‘irrecoverable loss’, meaning if there will be a loss if you postpone the work until after the festival.
