Repairing a Computer on Chol Hamoed
Question
Is it permissible to give a computer for repair to a technician on Chol Hamoed if the computer contains Torah insights that need to be extracted for a bulletin of halachic rulings? Is it considered as something that might be lost?
Answer
It is permissible because it is for the sake of the festival.
