Chol HaMoed - Ordering Online When Time Is Short

I have a certain event in two weeks, and I need to order things online for the event. If I order them after the Sukkot holiday, they will not arrive on time. Is this considered a davar ha'aved, and may I order them on Chol HaMoed?
Also, there is another item I want to order for the same event, and I know that if I do not do so now, I will be forced to buy it in Israel at a much higher price. If so, is it permissible to order it on Chol HaMoed?

Since there is a concern that it will not arrive on time, you may order it on Chol HaMoed. 

Likewise, regarding an item that will cost more if purchased in Israel after the Moed, it is permissible to order it online during the Moed, if it is not possible to order it after the Moed. 

The reason for the leniency is that it is considered a davar ha'aved.
