Removing Nose Hair on Chol HaMoed

Is it permitted to trim nose hairs on Chol HaMoed?

All forms of bodily grooming and beautification are permitted on Chol HaMoed.
[Aside from haircuts and cutting nails, which the Sages prohibited so that one should not enter the festival in an unkempt state].
