Driving test on Chol HaMoed
Question
Is it permitted to take a test (a practical driving test) on Hoshana Rabbah, if this is the only option that the Ministry of Transportation is currently allowing, and the next option is only in another month?

If there is no loss caused by the delay, it is forbidden to do it on Chol HaMoed.
