Work on Erev Yom Kippur and Chol HaMoed

Question

Is it permitted to work at a computer job on the morning of Erev Yom Kippur? (This year it falls on Sunday morning)
Also, is it permitted to work at a computer job on Chol HaMoed?

Answer

Shalom u’verachah 

There is no prohibition at all against working on Erev Yom Kippur. 

Work on Chol HaMoed is prohibited, even when all the work is done on a computer.
