This list is current as of the publication of the book, and one should check each year whether any changes have been made.
This list includes food products that are actual chametz or that contain a chametz mixture, according to the practice of being careful not to sell these products [1]. A product labeled “contains gluten” is chametz. A product labeled “may contain gluten” is not chametz. Products that are not chametz and whose ingredient list does not state that they contain gluten may, according to the basic law, be left at home and not sold, even if they do not have kosher-for-Pesach certification, since they do not contain even a chametz mixture. Nevertheless, in any case one must not use them on Pesach, and ideally it is even proper to sell them.
