Buying Clothes During the Nine Days

Question

Is it permissible to buy new clothes during the Nine Days for a Bar Mitzvah that will take place immediately after Tisha B'Av?

Answer

If one did not manage to buy beforehand and will not have time after Tisha B'Av, it is permitted.
