Buying Clothes for a Wedding During the Nine Days

Question

A family is having a wedding the day after Tisha B'Av and won't have time to buy clothes after Tisha B'Av. Are they allowed to buy during the Nine Days?

Answer

If they didn't manage before and won't manage after, it is permitted.
