Installing a New Minibar — The Nine Days
Question
I bought a Tami 4 device (a water dispenser) before the Nine Days, and it is supposed to arrive at my home on the 2nd of Av. In order to use it, it will also need to be installed in the house, and this is something that makes me happy. Is it permissible to receive and install it during the Nine Days?
