Opening an Escape Room during Chol HaMoed

I want to invest in an escape room. An escape room is a room full of puzzles, and to exit the room, one must solve the puzzles. The puzzles do not involve writing but rather finding numbers behind a picture and entering them into a code, etc. The question is whether it is permissible to open this during Chol HaMoed and receive money for it. And if not, as an investor who only receives a percentage, should I not take income for these days?
