Payment for Shipping on One Garment

Question

I ordered a dress for my son's bar mitzvah at a price of 129 NIS. Along the way, I added another weekday dress at a price of 49 NIS. The shipping cost 30 NIS, and I calculated that it was worthwhile for me because of the bar mitzvah dress. After a few days, I received a message that the more expensive dress was out of stock, so they credited me 129 NIS. I wrote to them that I would not have paid 30 NIS for shipping on a dress that cost 49 NIS, so they should cancel the entire order. They answered that it had already been shipped, so there was nothing to do. If I now want to return the second dress, I either have to travel to a branch (there is none in the city where I live) or pay an additional 30 NIS for a courier. Am I permitted to cancel the transaction through the credit card company, since they changed the order without informing me and did not ask me whether I was still interested in receiving the cheaper dress and paying 30 NIS in shipping fees?

Answer

Hello and blessings

You must pay the amount that it would have been worth to you to pay for a weekday dress plus shipping.

This answer is not binding, since the claims of both parties were not heard.
