Payslip in a Sister’s Name — Pension Contributions and Recuperation Pay

Hello, in the past I worked in a network of kindergartens, and today I no longer work there. My sister, who is under the age of 18, works there under my name. Recently they began making pension contributions for me and paying recuperation pay, even though they pay this only to employees over the age of 18 who have worked there for more than a year. Is there a halachic problem with this, and what should we do now?

If the contribution is at the institution’s expense, you must update them about the substitution and receive approval.
