Car Rental Owner Deceiving the Insurance Company
Question
There is a person who rents out cars, and his insurance policy is for private use and not for commercial use of the vehicle. Is it permissible to rent from him?
Answer
It is permissible, but it will be forbidden to activate the insurance company if, God forbid, it is needed (although if he activates it, it is not your concern and is not considered your theft, but you will be forbidden to assist him by giving testimony, etc.).
