Insurance fraud against non-Jews
Question
Shalom u'vrachah
My wife has private health insurance through her workplace. The insurance company belongs to non-Jews in the U.S. I am a kollel avrech, and now our 5-year-old daughter needs to have two fillings, perhaps three, in her teeth. As is known, these treatments cost thousands of shekels (the health fund is not relevant...)
Is there any basis for leniency, that we should ask them to write my wife’s name on the receipt/invoice for the dental treatment, and in that way we will receive a full reimbursement?

This is theft from a non-Jew, and it is forbidden.
