Vacation as Emotional Therapy

Following the question attached in the file. If the vacation is emotional therapy for me and helps me with child-rearing, will it be permitted?

If the health fund approves, it is permitted.
If not, it is forbidden.
As I wrote, the health fund is a business that provides services, and you cannot decide for them what they will participate in without coordinating with them.
To my knowledge, health funds currently have 'public service representatives' from the community, and they have the authority to approve temporary instructions of this kind.
They often approve.
