Pruzbul Without Appointment of Agency
Question
Asking again, time is short... I made a pruzbul that included my wife and children, without any appointment from them, is it valid?
Answer
Agency is required only for debts that are not under your authority and do not belong to you. Additionally, the Chazon Ish permitted acquisition. Practically, it is more preferable for them to appoint you as their agent and for you to perform the pruzbul again. You can also do this through the online pruzbul on the website.
