Ruling: It is permitted to squeeze grapes to make wine and grape juice from them, and it is likewise permitted to squeeze olives to make oil (Terumot 11:3; Rambam, Shemitah 5:3; Terumot 11:2); Zimra LeShimcha (Shemitah, issue 3).
