Question
My current work situation has me living with a gentile, I have my own pots and pans because of this. Today I noticed my pan was covered with his lid; it was not hot. Is my pan now treif?

Unless you know that the pot and lid were used in the presence of heat/steam then it would need Kashering, otherwise, you do not need to suspect.
