Transferring Porcelain Dishes from Dairy to Meat

A set of porcelain dairy dishes hasn't been used for a year. How can it be transferred to meat?

Answer

It is not possible, but in case of significant loss, it can be kashered three times.

Since this is a secondary vessel and according to Mishnah Berurah, Siman TNA, 163, Shulchan Aruch Yoreh De'ah, Siman 113, and Darkei Teshuvah Yoreh De'ah, Siman 121.
