A utensil of doubtful "ben yomo" status
Question
A meat or dairy utensil whose actual use is unclear, but it appears to be ben yomo. Is its status that of a ben yomo utensil or of one that is not ben yomo (eino ben yomo)?

Like one that is not ben yomo (eino ben yomo).
