Music after the Fast of Tisha B'Av

Is it permissible to listen to songs after the Fast of Tisha B'Av, and is there any reason to be stringent?

Hello,
For Sephardim, it is permissible to listen to music from the evening after the fast,
and for Ashkenazim, it is permissible from midday of the 10th of Av.
