Music and a New Garment — the Night After Tisha B'Av

The night after Tisha B'Av, Thursday
Is it permitted to listen to music?
Is it permitted to wear a new garment or new accessories?

Answer

Hello and blessings, 

Music and new garments are forbidden until midday on the 10th of Av, as in other years. 

Since these are not things needed for Shabbat, they were not permitted earlier this year.
