Music on the 10th of Av

Question

Is it permitted to listen to songs on the 10th of Av when it falls on a Friday, before midday?

Answer

Shalom u'vrachah 

Even this year, when Tisha B’Av falls on Thursday, it is forbidden to listen to songs before midday.
