Fasting during Fertility Treatments

I am undergoing challenging fertility treatments with hormones.
A few days after Tisha B'Av, I am supposed to find out if the treatment was successful (if there is a pregnancy).
Do I need to fast on Tisha B'Av?

If you are taking hormonal medications, do not fast, and eat and drink as usual.
