Fasting During Fertility Treatment

I have taken Ikaclomin pills for fertility treatment, and I am currently undergoing follicle monitoring after taking the medication in order to continue the treatment.
Do I need to fast today, the 17th of Tammuz, or could the fast harm the hormonal process?

Do not fast in this situation.
