Fasting During Fertility Treatments

Dear Rabbi, shlita,
My wife is likely to undergo treatment the day after Tisha B'Av.
Currently, in the days leading up to the treatment, she is taking AsproFem and Letrozole.
Does she need to fast on Tisha B'Av?

She should not fast on Tisha B'Av.
