Going to a Restaurant During the Nine Days

Question

Is it permissible for a woman to go with friends to a dairy restaurant during the Nine Days?

Answer

There is no prohibition, but not bread. Also, pizza is forbidden in this manner, and in any case, it is not appropriate.
