Drinking in a Restaurant
Question
Is it permissible to drink from a glass cup in a restaurant with rabbinical supervision?
Answer
One should check with the mashgiach if he has verified that the utensils are immersed; if so, it is permissible to drink. If the mashgiach has not checked this, one should drink from a disposable cup.
