Tasting a Meat Dish During the Nine Days

Question

Can a worker in a meat restaurant taste the meat he prepared during the Nine Days to see if it turned out well?

Answer

If it is his job, it is permitted to taste and spit out [in circumstances where the restaurant is allowed to prepare meat].
