Bank Transfer During Chol Hamoed

I bought a car on the eve of the holiday and needed to pay the full amount immediately. I made a bank transfer on the eve of the holiday, but it did not go through. Is it permissible to make the transfer again during Chol Hamoed to pay the debt?
