Matzah meal in meatballs
Question
Is it halachically permitted to prepare and eat meat patties with matzah meal (a meat dish, matzah meal that is kosher for Pesach) before Pesach?

[I assume the question is regarding the prohibition of eating matzah on Erev Pesach].
It is permitted to eat matzah that has been cooked (boiled matzah) on Erev Pesach; this is not included in the prohibition.
