Is it possible to kasher a dishwasher that was used with chametz all year for Passover?

Since it is stated in the Taz that a first-level utensil requires boiling at 100 degrees, and it is not said that as it absorbs, so it releases at the temperature it absorbed, it is therefore impossible to kasher because it only reaches 73 degrees.
