Mourning During the Three Weeks

How does one fulfill the words of the Arizal, as brought in the Mishnah Berurah, that during all the days of the Three Weeks, after midday, one should weep for about half an hour?

One should find time for mourning, and even one psalm or one piyut suffices for this.
