Removing Hair with Tweezers During the Nine Days

Question

May a man separate his eyebrows with tweezers during the Nine Days?

Answer

Shalom u’vracha.

Removing hair with tweezers has the status of a haircut and is forbidden.

Removing eyebrow hair is forbidden for a man because of the prohibition of lo yilbash, unless it is in a place where it looks unusual and causes real embarrassment.
