Tying Tzitzit
Question
Are there any leniencies regarding a metal grommet, rather than a buttonhole, acceptable to insert the fringes into the garment? Thanks in advance for your answer.

Thank you for your question.
There is no problem with strengthening the hole in which the tzitzit are passed through, this is brought in the Shulchan Aruch, Siman 11 Se'if 10.
