May I Put On My Duchaning Talis After Tefillin?

I have my own talis which I use for duchaning.
I put the talis on before going up to the amud to duchan.
Is there an issue of מעלין בקודש ולא/ואין מורידין since the talis was put on after tefilin?
Should I accustom myself to put on the talis before telilin?

There is no issue with putting on the tallis later, when you duchan, since that is when you need to wear it. When you put on your tefillin earlier, you did not yet need the tallis.
