A tzitzit garment that is closed with snap fasteners, and according to some poskim is not obligated in tzitzit when it is closed — does opening and closing the snap fasteners create a problem of "ta'aseh velo min ha'asui"?

There is no issue here of ta'aseh velo min ha'asui.
It is a side disqualification that was removed.
