Tithing Money That the Wife Brought from Her Home

Hello. When a single woman gets married, must the husband, after the wedding, tithe the wife’s money again if the wife already tithed the money before the wedding? Seemingly, these are nichsei melog, in which the husband has no ownership of the principal, only of the profits, and if so there is no need to tithe it again. But seemingly that is only if the husband invests the money in something whose principal remains permanently, such as an apartment and the like. However, if the husband uses the money for ordinary things, such as going to hotels and the like, then these monies do not have the status of nichsei melog; if so, seemingly the husband must tithe the money again. I have already asked several rabbis about this matter, and each one told me something different. I would like, if possible, to submit the question to our teacher shlita and ask him: if the husband uses this money for ordinary things, meaning that he does not invest the money in something whose principal remains permanently, must he tithe the money again after the wedding?
