Separating Tithes from Money Intended for Specific Expenses
Question
A yeshiva student who received money from his parents for unusual expenses during the intersession period, does he need to separate tithes from it?
Answer
He needs to, if he can do with it as he wishes, but if it is for specific purposes, he does not need to.
