Ma'aser funds for parents?

Is it advisable for a young woman who works but lives in her parents' home 
 to donate her ma'aser funds to her parents (who need it, as they are marrying off children), 
 while she regularly uses their money (food, clothing, and essentially almost everything),
 and thereby, seemingly, uses her own ma'aser funds?

Giving tzedakah to one's parents is the highest level of tzedakah, and one is obligated in it not only as tzedakah but also as part of honoring one's parents. 

There is no drawback at all in the fact that the daughter also, so to speak, uses these funds. On the contrary, this is a reason for her to have an even greater obligation to give whatever she can.
