Hello, Is the "Miracle Cabinet" that allows creating a kind of closed frame placed over the hotplate on Shabbat with 2 levels, and can be hermetically sealed, permissible for use on Shabbat?

Hello and blessings 

It is permitted because it does not touch the food, thus it is not considered insulation.
