“Primary Use” Regarding Muktzeh

Question

Regarding a utensil whose function is for a prohibited use, which is defined as “for a prohibited use” according to its primary uses.
How is the primary use determined: according to most people, or according to my own use?
If you say that it is according to my own use, what is the law in the case of a ball that, when pressed, makes a squeaking sound: the little girl does not know how to press it, and her primary use of it is like any other ball, but the older girl knows how to press it, and her primary use is to make it squeak.
What is the law for the older girl, for the younger girl, and for the parents?

Answer

Shalom and blessings.

Everything is determined according to the majority of the actual use. Therefore, if most of the use is by the younger girl, it is permitted for everyone. But if most of the use is by the older girl, it is prohibited for everyone.
