Fish with Sauce Heated on Shabbat

Question

Shalom Rav,

Regarding heating on Shabbat something that has congealed (such as fish with sauce), I saw that the Rema is lenient in three cases, one of them being in a case of necessity. If an Ashkenazi is a guest of a Sephardi who heated fish with congealed sauce on Shabbat, is this considered a necessity so that he may eat it?

Answer

Shalom u’vracha

It is permitted, because after the fact it is permitted in all circumstances.
