An Ashkenazi who follows the custom not to heat fish with sauce on a hotplate on Shabbat itself is a guest at the home of a Sephardi who does heat it in this manner and is accustomed to heating fish on the hotplate on Shabbat.
May the Ashkenazi eat it?
