To whom do the mezuzahs belong when selling an apartment
Question
I bought an apartment. To whom do the mezuzahs belong, the buyer or the seller, if nothing was agreed upon in the contract?
Answer
It follows the one who is already in possession. If the house is already in the possession of the buyer, then it belongs to him.
