Mezuzah with a Different Script
Question
We are an Ashkenazi family, and in the apartment we purchased, there is a mezuzah with a Sephardic script. Do we need to replace it?

According to the instructions of the Gaon, Rabbi Amram Fried, shlita:
In a purchased apartment, it needs to be replaced.
However, in a rented apartment, one can be lenient.
